What Our Students Say
The GCPP (APP) programme at Takshashila is meticulously designed and intended for deeply committed individuals. Apart from the comprehensive and rigorous curriculum, I got to interact with participants from diverse backgrounds each with their own political beliefs. It adopts a comprehensive approach to public policy and policy communication, making it suitable for those with or without prior subject knowledge. I particularly enjoyed the policy simulation and collaborative activities. Amidst this experience, a key takeaway was not to let our politics dictate our policy, but to let the facts lead you, and package the solution intelligently for stakeholders.”
— Pallavi Datta, GCPP (Advanced Public Policy) Alumnus
“GCPP (D&FA) is a unique course carefully designed by highly knowledgeable and experienced faculty. It covers a wide range of topics relevant to the present global environment. Exercise AMRUT has been thoughtfully embedded in the course, which helps better understand policy-making & defence analysis.”
— A K Mishra, GCPP (Defence and Foreign Affairs) Alumnus
“I work at the crossroads of technology and policy. Taking the GCPP (TP) greatly aided my grasp of fundamental public policy principles and their practical implementations in real-world situations. The faculty’s willingness to listen to diverse student perspectives and engage in open dialogues was remarkable.”
— Divya Pinge, GCPP (Technology and Policy) Alumnus
