Smita is a microbiologist by training who spent her longest professional chapter with Coca-Cola as a global food safety and quality auditor, travelling extensively to uphold standards across markets. Today, she channels that expertise into her entrepreneurial venture, The Fat Lab Café, a passion project blending good food with building a community. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is an avid coffee enthusiast, a devoted dog lover, and finds inspiration in long walks.
