A few weeks ago, I addressed the Higher Command Course officers at the Army War College, Mhow on the topic Democracy, Constitution, and National Power.
It was fun to put together all of Takshashila’s ideas on strengthening the Indian Republic and the significance of constitutional morality. The officers asked some probing questions and were not afraid to challenge some common assumptions.
