Arindam Goswami
Arindam Goswami is a Research Analyst at The Takshashila Institution, working in the High-Tech Geopolitics Programme. Arindam has completed a B. Tech. in Computer Engineering, an MBA in Marketing and Takshashila's GCPP course in Advanced Public Policy. He has worked extensively in the fintech industry. Until recently, he was heading the backend engineering at SonyLIV.
Lokendra Sharma
Lokendra is a Research Analyst with the High-Tech Geopolitics Programme at the Takshashila Institution. His primary research interests are tech-policy, cyberspace governance, internet governance, cyberpolitics, cybersecurity, and generally issues at the intersection of technology and politics (including nuclear developments).
In terms of geography, he closely follows developments in the Indo-Pacific region.

Sunila Dixit was a Research Analyst working on Public Health issues at the Takshashila Institution. Her research included different topics related to public health, life sciences technologies and climate resilience.

Prior to joining Takshashila, she served as a Senior Associate in International Relations and Strategic Engagement at the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) in Kochi.

Andrey Gubin is an Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations of the Eastern Institute of the Far Eastern Federal University (Vladivostok). He has a PhD in Political Science and his research interests mainly includes Russian foreign policy.

Mihir Mahajan
Mihir Mahajan is an Adjunct Fellow at Takshashila and is the Chief of Staff at IP Spring LLC, a boutique US law firm that specializes in intellectual property matters. Mihir’s experience includes developing IP strategy, managing patent portfolios, patent transactions, and preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
Ajay Khanna
Ajay was founding Chief Executive Officer of India Brand Equity Foundation (www.ibef.org) (2002-2006). This was a unique Public Private Partnership initiative to Promote, Project & Position India’s growth story globally. Ajay teaches government and public advocacy at Takshashila.
Sarthak Pradhan
Sarthak is an Assistant Professor at the Takshashila Institution. He teaches economic reasoning and researches public finance. Before his foray into the public policy domain, he worked as an educator and a telecom engineer. He has completed Takshashila's PGP in public policy and holds a dual degree from BITS Pilani.

Bharath Reddy
Bharath Reddy is an Associate Fellow with the High-Tech Geopolitics Programme at the Takshashila Institution. His research interests are at the intersections of technology, geopolitics, and India's national interests, focusing on AI governance, open-source technologies, and telecommunications. He also manages the Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (Technology and Policy).
Colonel KPM Das
KPM Das is an Adjunct Fellow with the Takshashila Institution and the National Cybersecurity and Trust Officer for Cisco driving the emerging cyber security initiatives in India and Asia Pacific. Formerly with the Indian Army until 2003, he graduated from the National Defence Academy and Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. KPM set up the Information/Cyber Warfare Cell in the Military Operations Directorate at Army HQ during Operation Vijay.

Dr. Manjulika Vaz is a Senior Resident at the St. John’s Research Institute. She has a PhD in Allied Health Sciences focusing on the Ethics and Public Perceptions of Biobanking Research. Her research interests range from promoting the humanities in medical education to gender rights and inclusiveness.
