All payments made for the courses are deposited in the bank account held by TI Learning Network or any third-party service provider currently engaged by TI Learning Network for offering educational services for our public policy courses, as the case may be and as informed to the Student at the time of completing the payment. Definitions

  • “Agreement” means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexures, privacy policy, and will include the references to this agreement as amended, negated, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time.

You also understand that any financial information submitted by you is directly received by our payment gateway – ccAvenue. We will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

We reserve the right to recover the cost of merchandise, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:

  1. lack of authorization for any transaction/s,

  2. or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”,

  3. or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,

  4. or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on the website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Union of India.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Bangalore.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

TI Learning Network, may from time to time, engage such third-party service providers as it deems fit, for providing educational services in the nature of teaching, faculty management, faculty and student acquisition facilities, programme management, organising events and workshops in connection with delivery of educational programmes, marketing of educational programmes, associated financial operations and such other incidental and allied operations, in relation to the public policy educational course offered by us.
