Javeed Ahmad
Javeed Ahmad is an Adjunct Distinguished Fellow at Takshashila. He is a retired officer of the Indian Police Service (I.P.S) of the 1984 batch, UP cadre. He has 37 years of experience in leadership and law enforcement covering aspects including anti-corruption investigations, policy planning, crisis management and security management.
Kartik Bommakanti
Kartik Bommakanti is a Senior Fellow with the Strategic Studies Programme at Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Kartik specialises in space military issues and his research is primarily centred on the Indo-Pacific region. He also works on emerging technologies as well as nuclear, conventional and sub-conventional coercion, particularly in the context of the Indian subcontinent and the role of great powers in the subcontinent’s strategic dynamics.
Suchir Kalra
Suchir Kalra is currently an Economics and Computer Science undergrad at Ashoka University. He is interested in AI Art and Perspectives research having authored a paper on a cross linking study of Piketty's Capital and Ideology and Boo's Behind the Beautiful Flowers. Satya Shoova Sahu
Satya is a Research Analyst with the High-tech Geopolitics programme at Takshahsila. His research primarily focuses on Technology policy, Semiconductor Geopolitics, and AI Governance. He also curates the HTG programme’s flagship newsletter, Technopolitik.
A graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, he has completed Takshashila’s GCPP (Technology and Policy) and now teaches modules on semiconductors, AI governance, and responsible strategy in the same course.

Piyush Singh is a lawyer by education and a public policy professional. He was working as a Junior Research Associate with Takshashila. His areas of interests included Foreign Affairs, Political Risk Analysis, Political Science, and Government Studies. He has a Masters degree in Contemporary China Studies from the Renmin University of China.
Ashwin Prasad
Ashwin is a Research Analyst working with the High-Tech Geopolitics Programme at the Takshashila Institution. He monitors the evolution of India as a space power by undertaking policy research on the commercial, legal, and strategic aspects of outer space affairs from an Indian national interest perspective.

Agastya Bhatia is a junior double majoring in IA and economics. He is regionally interested in South Asia and the Asia Pacific region. He has worked under Dr. Ollapally on issues regarding Sino-Indian border conflict in the past. He is also a member of the Delta Phi Epsilon Professional Foreign Service Fraternity at GWU.
