Shambhavi Naik, Head of Research at Takshashila Institution participated in the Think20 Inception Conference, New Delhi on January 13-24, 2023. She was part of the panel on Beyond the Banter: Inclusive Digital Infrastructure and Agenda 2030. The other participants were:

Shambhavi spoke on how public welfare, equitable distribution and purpose limitation are key to governing digital public infrastructure (DPI). On the role of DPI as an avenue for attaining U.N. Sustainable Development Goals, she stressed on the need for digital literacy to build trust in the system and raise adoption of DPIs.
