Satya Shoova Sahu

Satya was a research analyst working with the High-tech Geopolitics programme at the Takshashila Institution. His research interests span a wide range of topics, including India’s technology law and policy landscape, semiconductor geopolitics, Artificial Intelligence Governance, and Future Warfare. He also curated the HTG programme’s flagship newsletter, Technopolitik.

He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Arts and Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and has completed the Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (Technology and Policy) programme at Takshashila.
