Manoj Kewalramani’s quoted in the New York Times on BRICS Expansion

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in CNN on the BRICS Summit held in August. He was quoted as saying:

“The group is going down an uncharted path, with new actors that have varied interests,” said Manoj Kewalramani, a China analyst at India’s Takshashila Institution. “It’s going to become unwieldy and, dare I say, more ineffective.”
