Vickery, Jr.Raymond Vickery is a leading author and advisor on US-India relations and a former US Assistant Secretary of Commerce, Trade Development. Vickery is currently a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC.The discussion revolved around India as an FDI destination and Raymond Vickery stressed on the importance of reforms and improving ease of doing business in India
