Anupam Manur quoted in The Times of India on social security for gig workers

Anupam Manur, Assistant Professor at Takshashila was quoted in The Straits Times. He was quoted as saying:

“Anupam Manur, assistant professor at The Takshashila Institution working in the space of public policy, says that it’s important to look at intentions versus outcomes. For instance, if all major decisions are left to the welfare board, it might start “taking arbitrary decisions” and “politicised”.”
