Anupam Manur Delivers a Talk at the Youth Edge 2017

Anupam Manur, Research Fellow at the Takshashila Institution, delivered a talk at the Youth Edge 2017, held at Chowdiah Memorial Hall, Bangalore.

Youth Edge 2017 was organised by Dr. Ashwath Narayan Foundation. The program aims to bring together academics, entrepreneurs and students onto a single platform with the objective of engaging the youth in the country's social and economic progress.

Anupam spoke extensively on our preparedness to handle the world of digital payments and our ability to adapt to a cashless society and its pros and cons. The talk covered the various digital payment platforms in existence, the role of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and how Unified Payment Interfaces (UPI) can transform digital payments.
