Rohan Seth

Rohan manages the Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (GCPP), Technology and Policy programme at The Takshashila Institution. Rohan is a former scholar from the University of Westminster’s Department of Politics and International Relations. He also holds a Master’s in Public Policy from University College London. Before working with Takshashila, he worked in NITI Aayog’s Division of Health and Family Welfare, focusing on their projects on nursing education reform and geriatric care. He has also led a social enterprise in Rwanda, where he helped extend the country’s grid through solar chargers.Rohan has also co-authored two studies, focusing on Data Localization as well as AI, Privacy, and Cross Border Data Flow.
