Manoj Kewalramani quoted in the New York Times on China’s Global Security Initiative

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in the New York Times. He was quoted as saying:

“A big part of the Global Security Initiative is essentially about delegitimizing security cooperation with the United States,” said Manoj Kewalramani, a China studies fellow at the Takshashila Institution in India.
