Shobhankita Reddy quoted in MIT Technology Review

Shobhankita Reddy, Research Analyst with the High Tech Geopolitics team of the Takshashila Institution, was quoted in MIT Technology Review on Inside India’s scramble for AI independence.

She was quoted as saying “Trying to dominate every layer of the stack isn’t realistic, even for China. Dominate one layer, like applications, services, or talent, so you remain indispensable.”
