Shrey Khanna quoted in SCMP on China’s influence on Sri Lanka
China’s attempts to increase its influence on Sri Lanka has manifested in a charm offensive to court ethnic Tamils in the Jaffna Peninsula where India has been the traditional power. Shrey Khanna called this a “soft-power blitzkrieg”.
