Takshashila's Pranay Kotasthane delivered a talk on Municipal Finances on August 29 as part of a leadership symposia organised by Bengaluru Navanirmana Party.Pranay spoke about the sources of revenue for the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike. He gave an overview of the issues that constrain revenue generation for India's urban local bodies. The talk was followed by a discussion with the participants on potential solutions for making BBMP financially independent.
