Takshashila's Pranay Kotasthane presented ideas from the Takshashila Discussion Document: The India—Pakistan conflict escalation framework at the Youth Security & Nuclear Policy Dialogue held in New Delhi on 4th November 2015. The best papers from this conference will be jointly published by Carnegie, Stimson, ORF and IPCS. The workshop was jointly held by Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the Stimson Center, US.
