Former military advisor to National Security Council secretariat Lt Gen Prakash Menon (Retd) gave the Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Lecture at the Savitribai Phule Pune University on Tuesday, 12th March 2019. Gen Menon's book "The Strategy Trap: India & Pakistan Under The Nuclear Shadow" was released by the university's vice chancellor, Nitin Karmalkar.
