Manoj Kewalramani quoted in India Today on India-China LAC face-off & G20 Presidency

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in India Today on the implications of the India-China LAC face-off on India’s forthcoming G20 presidency. He was quoted as saying,

Manoj Kewalramani, Chairperson of the Indo-Pacific Studies Programme at Takshashila Institution said, "I don't think it will impact China's participation in the G-20. This is a multilateral event and both sides are likely to see it as distinct from a bilateral relationship. In addition, Chinese diplomacy is particularly focussed on the developing world today. So, from Beijing's perspective, it would make little sense to cede space to India as a leader of the cause of developing countries through its G-20 leadership."
