Manoj Kewalramani quoted in CNN on China’s Russia strategy

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in CNN on Putin’s visit to China. He was quoted as saying “Russia is fundamental to China’s grand strategy, there is a deep interest in making sure that Russia doesn’t lose the war.”
