Lt Gen Prakash Menon speaks at the 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference

Lt Gen Prakash Menon spoke on a panel discussing Nuclear Risk Reduction: The State of Ideas at the 2019 Moscow Non-proliferation Conference held between 7th and 9th November 2019. The conference was organised by the Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS).The Moscow Nonproliferation Conference is one of the world's largest forums on nuclear issues. Gen Menon participated in the panel alongside Sergey Batsanov, Siegfried Hecker and Nicholas Plattner. The panel was chaired by Renata Dwan.
