Manoj Kewalramani quoted in Arab News on Xi Jinping’s likely absence at the G20 Summit in India

Manoj Kewalramani, Chairperson of the Indo-Pacific Research programme and a China studies fellow at the Takshashila Institution, was quoted in Arab News. He was quoted as saying:

“It’s not like Beijing does not see value in the grouping, but it does not want to be seen endorsing India as a leader of the Global South, which is how the Indian government has pitched its G20 presidency,”
