Y. Nithiyanandam quoted in Voice of America

Y. Nithiyanandam, professor and the head of the Takshashila Institution's Geospatial Program, was quoted in Voice of America on World's largest dam to be built by China raises concerns in India, Bangladesh.

He was quoted as saying “Planning a dam of this magnitude in such complex terrain poses significant risks to downstream regions of India and Bangladesh, especially in the event of a mishap or if there is alteration in the water flow.”
