Shobhankita Reddy, research analyst with the High Tech Geopolitics programme at The Takshashila Institution, was quoted in MIT Technology Review on Inside India’s scramble for AI independence

She was quoted as saying “Trying to dominate every layer of the stack isn’t realistic, even for China.”
