Amit Kumar quoted in Firstpost on the Russian dependence on China

Amit Kumar, Staff Research Analyst with the Indo-Pacific Studies Programme at the Takshashila Institution, was quoted in Firstpost on the Russian dependence on China.

He was quoted as saying, "Even as there is a degree of symmetry in some aspects of the Russia-China relationship, the overall relationship is now highly asymmetrical in favour of China.

Such asymmetry has left Russia with little strategic leverage over China and has made it highly dependent on China.”
