Manoj Kewalramani quoted in Arab News on India-China patrolling agreement

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in Arab News on India and China’s patrolling agreement.

He was quoted as saying, "If it covers all friction points and the wider boundary, then it is a positive step. Implementation, of course, will be the key. Let’s see how that plays out in the weeks and months ahead.”
