Saurabh Todi, Programme Manager at the Takshashila Institution, was quoted in IEEE Spectrum on India’s backing of small nuclear reactors to power heavy industry.

He was quoted as saying, "If there are a lot of restrictions and it is not sufficiently deregulated we might not see as much adoption as we are expecting”
