Manoj Kewalramani quoted in CNN India on China’s disengagement agreement

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in CNN India and China’s disengagement agreement.

He was quoted as saying, "A restoration of patrolling rights would be a “significant starting point” for normalization.

However, even with that restoration, there are other steps that would need to be taken in a long process along the disputed border.”
