Manoj Kewalramani quoted in CNN on Putin’s presence in the 2024 BRICS Summit

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in CNN on Putin’s presence in the 2024 BRICS Summit.

He was quoted as saying, "(China and Russia have) essentially tried to shift the group from the sense of (BRICS) being emerging economies to potentially being some sort of an expression of angst with regard to Western dominance”.
