Takshashila Institution's Anupam Manur (left in picture) moderated a session on "Digitisation as a tool for financial inclusion" at the 25th World Savings and Retail Banking Institute (WSBI) World Congress held in Delhi on the 15th of November, 2018.

The discussion centred around increasing the number of bank accounts, re-engagement of customers post sign-up, enhancing customer experience, and narrowing the gender gap in financial inclusion. The session focused on the use of technology in overcoming the physical and psychological barriers that prevent people from entering a bank branch and open a bank account.
