Manoj Kewalramani quoted in NPR on China’s Third Plenum

Manoj Kewalramani, chair of Indo-Pacific Studies and a fellow at Takshashila Institution, was quoted in the NPR on the Chinese Communist Party’s new economic course.

He was quoted as saying “I think you will see a reaffirmation of the fact that the Communist Party, as opposed to the state or private institutions or whoever else, remains the primary actor that must be in charge of directing economic policy.
