Avinash is a Senior Policy Associate at the Foundation for Advancing Science and Technology (FAST) India, New Delhi. He has a Master’s in Public Policy from IIT Delhi, and in Politics with International Relations from JNU.

Sachin is a research associate at the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies, New Delhi. He holds a PhD in International Relations from JNU, specializing in the implications of digital technology on international security.

Capt Ritesh Suri was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 01 January 2003. He is an alumnus of the 15th Naval Engineering Course and IIT (Delhi). He was part of the commissioning crew of the Defence Space Agency.
