Takshashila India-France Dialogue: Forming a Celestial Partnership

We are pleased to announce that starting Thursday, Feb 11, we will be launching the Takshashila India-France Dialogue, a discussion series exploring the various facets of the India-France relationship.

The roots of space cooperation between India and France go back nearly six decades when the two countries conducted rocket-based experiments and shared technology. Collaboration has only grown since, with the two countries signing an ambitious Joint Vision for Space Cooperation in 2018.

As commercial enterprises enter the space sector, the India-France partnership in space is only set to increase. We ask our speakers how this cooperation can be best enhanced in the coming years.

Panelists:

  1. Mathieu Weiss, Counsellor, Space, Embassy of France

  2. Susmita Mohanty, CEO, Earth2Orbit

  3. Apparao V Mallavarapu, Chairman & Managing Director, Centum

Hosted By: Aditya Ramanathan

Date and Time: Friday, 16 April 2021, 6 pm IST and 2:30 PM in France
