Nitin Pai & Anupam Manur Participated in LEPC 2022

The 5th edition of the Law Economics Policy Conference (LEPC), jointly organised by the Institute for New Economic Thinking, INET and FLAME University, Pune, took place from November 28-30, 2022.

Nitin Pai (Co-Founder & Director, Takshashila Institution) and Anupam Manur (Professor, Takshashila Institution) participated in a session on ‘The Role of the State in the High-Tech Society’. They explored how market failures such as concentration of market power, externalities, asymmetric information and public goods apply to the field of high-tech good and services and its implications for policymakers.
