Rahul Dev Sharma

Rahul is working as Deputy Inspector General of Police. His research areas include impact of technology on policing and crime prevention. He strives to identify and build tools and techniques made available by information age that can aid police functions.

Devina Sikdar

Devina is a Forensic Scientist from King’s College London and a Public Policy Consultant with over six years of experience at the intersection of the criminal justice system, forensic science, and public policy. She was the lead researcher for the Forensic Science India Report: A Study of Forensic Science Laboratories (2013-2017) and has worked extensively on strengthening forensic science frameworks in India.

Dr. Naveen Kumar Singh

Dr. Naveen is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigations at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar. His areas of interest are the use of technology in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigations.

Vinay Aseri

Vinay Aseri is Postgraduate Scholar, Rashtriya Raksha University Ministry of Home Affairs (Govt. of. India), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Member of ITU, Member of United Nation - Internet Governance Forum, InSiG Fellow, Threws Research Fellow.

Lt Col Shaurya Vardhan

Col Shaurya is a serving Army officer presently commanding a Military Police unit in Jammu and Kashmir . He is graduate of National Defence Academy, Indian Military Academy and completed his Masters in Public Administration. He has served all over the country over a span of 23 years of Military service and held various combat, administrative , recruitment ,officer selection , logistical and staff appointments in his career.

Karthik Rao Bappanad

Karthik is a freelance consultant specialising in cybersecurity and technology policy. He was earlier with CySecK, ReBIT and Infosys.

Shivashish Narayan

Shivashish Narayan is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from Oriental Law University, Indore. His academic and professional interests encompass legal research, human rights and policy analysis.

Aswathy B Surendran

Aswathy has been involved with initiatives focusing on social impact, leadership and research. She was a Don Lavoie Fellow at the George Mason University. She holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Delhi. Her research interests lie in the intersection of politics, technology and gender.

Dr. Mohit Garg

Dr. Mohit Garg is an IPS Officer presently working with Maharashtra Police. He has done MBBS from FMC Patiala. He holds Masters Degree in Police Management from Osmania University. His interest areas are Law Enforcement, Cyber Crime and Economic offences investigation, technological innovations in policing etc.

Ayaan Ali Siddiqui

Ayaan is a committed advocate with seven years of experience championing compassion for animals in India. He possesses a deep fascination with fungi, perceiving them as essential connectors among all living beings and reinforcing the belief that we are collectively interconnected.

Dr Mohit Nayal

Dr Mohit has a PhD (Political Science), and PhD ( Law). He has Published four books. He has been a research fellow at National Maritime Foundation.

Dr. Pavithran Nambiar

Dr Nambiar is working as a Senior Faculty at the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. He has a Doctorate in Police Science and Postdoctorate in Insurgency in the N-E. His research interests include Policing, Intelligence & Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, and US Homeland Security.

Mohit Garg

Mohit Garg is an Indian Police Service officer of Chhattisgarh Cadre. He has been working in some of the worst insurgency hit regions of India for last 11 years and has extensive experience in dealing with human rights violations and youth engagement through community policing programs like Nava Bihan, Trinetra, Niya Police Niya Naar and Manva Puna Bijapur.

Dr Syed Mustafa Hashmi

He is a surgeon turned civil servant from Hyderabad. I’m an IPS officer from the 2022 batch belonging to Jharkhand cadre.
