Rohit Shenoy heads the Policy School at The Takshashila Institution.
He has over 13 years of experience in multiple roles across the Social Development and Corporate sectors, including Strategy & Planning, Program Management, Client & Account Management, Operations and executive support to the CEO’s office. He has worked extensively with international policy think tanks and development organisations as well as inter-governmental organisations.
He previously headed a national programme for adolescent girls from low-income communities, empowering them to be socially, emotionally and economically strong and self-reliant. Most recently, he co-led a higher education scholarship program for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with the focus on transforming lives through education.
He was a former columnist with The Hindu and was also part of the team which evangelised the Vision 2050 report of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
