The Takshashila Institution and the Hudson Institute (Washington DC) are organising a two-day conference on Shaping India???s Growth Agenda: Implications for the World in Bangalore on August 1-2, 2014.
With the coming to power of a new government in India led by a party that projected development and growth as part of its election manifesto, both Hudson and Takshashila believe that the time is right for a discussion on how India’s new approach to governance, growth and development will affect the country and the world.
The conference in Bangalore will focus on four themes that are potential drivers of economic growth in India:? Labour,? Health,? Innovation? and? Trade & Investment.
