The Takshashila Institution is proud to launch a new certification programme, the Graduate Certificate in Strategic Studies (GCSS), which will be conducted online. The programme is designed for working professionals which can be taken from anywhere in the world, and while working.
Combining the basics of international relations, strategic studies and economics, the GCSS aims to fill the void in the academic discipline of strategic thought in India. The 12-week programme will introduce students to the fundamentals of strategic studies and policy analysis with a focus on Indian statecraft and geopolitics.
The faculty and guest speakers are drawn from Takshashila’s global network of academic experts, practitioners and experienced professionals. The GCSS is designed and guided by Lt. Gen. (Dr) Prakash Menon (PVSM, AVSM, VSM) and Nitin Pai, Director and Co-Founder of Takshashila.

The programme is suited for professionals working in defence and security policy formulation, foreign affairs, intelligence, academia journalism, aspirants seeking to enter the same professions and enthusiasts looking to learn more about strategic studies.
