The Takshashila Institution hosted Mr. Ravi Gururaj, a prominent member of NASSCOM's Executive Council & Product Council as well as the Executive Committee of the Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA). He also serves as the President of TiE Bangalore where he is a Charter Member on the Governing Council.
Mr. Gururaj shared various insights from the start-up world. He revealed the dependence Indian start-ups have on China and US and shared insights about their sustainability. He also explained why exits in India are so tedious in comparison to other global markets. He provided various examples of how Indians utilise internet in cautious mode. He also emphasised on the role of NASSCOM in nurturing budding start-ups.
